Q. What is your privacy policy?
We do not sell, rent, lease, exchange or make available any customer addresses, telephone (or fax) numbers or e-mail addresses to any third parties.
Q. How do I order?
You can either use our secure online order form or send your order by fax or by post.
Q. Why do I receive an error message about a certificate name mismatch when I click on the order form?
We use the secure server of our web hosting company, Microserf Solutions at www.sharedcertificate.net and the SSL (secure socket layer) certificate is registered in their name. The message is only there to notify you that the name of the certificate does not match the domain name. For more information, please visit https://www.sharedcertificate.net and click on the GeoTrust icon.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express and money orders or bank checks.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation when I submit an order by post or fax?
Since we usually ship your products within a few days after we receive your order, we normally just send shipping confirmations. If you would like a order confirmation please note that on your order form.
Q. Will I receive a e-mail confirmation when I order on-line?
Yes. A confirmation e-mail is sent automatically after your on-line order is submitted if you entered a valid e-mail address. If you don't receive a confirmation within a few minutes please notify us at enquiries@essentialhealtheurope.com
Q. When will I receive the products I ordered?
The majority of our customers receive their products within 6 to 10 working days from the ship date.
Q. How will I know when my products ship?
A shipping confirmation is sent out by e-mail after your products have shipped.
Q. I only received part of my order, why is that?
If the shipping weight of your order is over 400 grams your products will be sent in more than one package. In the unlikely event that a product was out of stock when your order was filled we will notify you and ship it as soon as we are able.
Q. Why do I need to put my phone and fax number on my order?
Sometimes a fax can be difficult to read or a credit card expiry date is omitted or a typo is made in the credit card number. We will only contact you in the event there is a problem with your current order. We don't do any telemarketing or faxmarketing nor do we make customer phone numbers available to anyone else.
Q. Why do you need my e-mail address?
We use your e-mail address to confirm your order, confirm shipment of your products or to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We don't give out your e-mail address to any third parties. One or two times a year, if we have news regarding InHome, we may send you an e-mail. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please inform us and we will not mail you.
